Stadsbeelden, Museum Flehite
The exhibition Stadsbeelden shows that the city, in all its facets, remains an engaging and much-loved subject for many artists today. Presented alongside Maestro Van Wittel at Kunsthal KAdE, Museum Flehite organizes this exhibition on contemporary urban art. In collaboration with Kunsthal KAdE, eight contemporary artists from the Netherlands were selected, each exploring and recording the theme of the city in their own distinct way through drawings, paintings, photographs, and 3D objects. Stadsbeelden presents a selection of works by Iwan Baan, Stefan Bleekrode, Frank Halmans, Carlijn Kingma, Uwe Poth, Frank van der Salm, Rob Voerman, and Hans Wilschut.
